By purchasing credits, you authorize Grok Imagine and our payment partners (Stripe) to charge your payment method for the one-time credit pack purchase. There are no recurring subscriptions—all credit packs are one-time purchases with specified validity periods.

Billing disputes must be reported within sixty (60) days. Pricing for AI generation credit packs may be updated periodically, and changes will be communicated in advance through email or in-app notices.

Stripe processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including refunded or canceled transactions.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your AI generation credit purchases, and prices may vary based on region, currency conversion, or local regulations.

2. AI Generation Credit Management

AI generation credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and are valid for the period specified in your credit pack:

  • Free Trial: 1 month validity (10 credits)
  • Starter Pack: 1 month validity (240 credits)
  • Professional Pack: 2 months validity (680 credits)
  • Studio Pack: 3 months validity (2800 credits)

Credits expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended or refunded after expiration.

Account sharing, automated scripts, or unauthorized API usage may result in account suspension without refund.

Credits are consumed based on generation complexity—features like high resolution, video generation, advanced editing, and batch processing consume more credits per generation.

3.1 No-Refund Policy for Used Credits

Unused credits in an entirely unused credit pack may be eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided zero credits have been consumed. Once any credit from a pack has been used, the entire pack is considered consumed and no refund will be issued.



3.3 Refunds may be issued only in the following limited cases:
  • Duplicate payments (accidental repeat transactions for the exact same pack)
  • Confirmed unauthorized charges (after thorough identity verification), provided no credits were consumed
  • Verified technical failures on our end that prevented any access to the AI generation service, with zero credits consumed


3.4 Non-refundable situations (strictly enforced):
  • Any credit pack from which one or more credits have been used — no exceptions
  • Refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase
  • Stripe processing fees (non-refundable by Stripe policy)
  • Credits that have expired due to validity period completion
  • Content policy violations resulting in account suspension
  • Proven fraudulent activity or abuse of systems
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality or style after credits have been used


3.5 Merchant Protection Statement:

This no-refund-on-used-credits policy is a deliberate and necessary measure to protect the viability of our service. AI generation is a resource-intensive, immediately-delivered digital service. Allowing refunds after consumption would enable bad actors to use credits and then fraudulently claim refunds, creating unsustainable losses. By purchasing credits, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.



3.6 Refund Process:

Refunds, when approved under the limited cases above, are issued only to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (typically 5–10 business days).
